Verifying Your Email Address
Overview
To protect your account and keep your information secure, you must verify your email address before accessing LEO HR.
Before you begin
You'll need:
- Access to the email address you used to register
- An internet connection
Step 1 – Check your inbox
After creating your account, LEO HR will send a verification email to your registered email address.
- Check your Spam or Junk folder too.
Step 2 – Open the verification email
Open the email from LEO HR and select the verification link.
Tip: If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder.
Step 3 – Complete verification
Once you've selected the verification link, your email address will be confirmed and you'll be guided through the next steps of setting up your account.
Troubleshooting
I haven't received my verification email
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address during registration.
- Wait a few minutes and try again if necessary.
