Connecting Canva
Overview
Connect your Canva account to LEO HR to create, edit and manage branded HR documents, training materials and workplace resources directly from supported areas of the platform.
Before you begin
You'll need:
- A Canva account
- Owner or Senior access in LEO HR
Step 1 – Open Integrations
From the LEO HR dashboard, navigate to Foundations > Connections.
Select Canva.
Step 2 – Connect your account
Select Connect.
You'll be redirected to Canva to sign in and authorise the connection.
Step 3 – Complete authorisation
Review the requested permissions and approve the connection.
You'll then be returned to LEO HR automatically.
Step 4 – Confirm the connection
Once connected, the integration status will display as Connected and Healthy.
Troubleshooting
My connection failed
- Ensure you're signing in with the correct Canva account.
- Confirm you've approved the requested permissions.
- Disconnect and reconnect the integration if required.
